A Holocaust survivor relives the night she traveled by train to smuggle information to Switzerland for the Resistance. She had diva status to hide behind from her work as an operatic soprano, but when strangers with hidden motives and watchful eyes lurk around every corner, who could be trusted?
This Reading was arranged by Congregation Beth Evergreen in observance of Yom HaShoah, or Holocaust Remembrance Day. We took this opportunity to reflect on the lessons we can learn from the era and how we may apply them to our current culture.
STARRING: Ariel Benjamin, Marilyn Herrs, Ann Moore, and Shelley Krane
